Shipping & Returns
We normally dispatch all orders within 7 working days (often sooner) on a FedEx Next Day service, after receiving your order payment.
We send you a tracking no. as soon as your order leaves us.
UK delivery can be selected at checkout.
We can add short additional instructions for the delivery driver (“leave behind the gate” etc), but cannot control circumstances once it has left us.
Alternatively your order can be ready for collection from our studio in Kentish Town within 7 working days.

If your item(s) arrive damaged please immediately tell the driver to note it down.
Take photos of the damage and send them to us via email (email@example.com).
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost (providing the reason for the return is not due to a fault or damage during shipping).
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. (Considerable care should be taken in repackaging to avoid damage in transit.)
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
